RETURN POLICY
We do not provide refund on any purchases made unless the item is damaged due to delivery.
Items will only be eligible for exchange or return under the following conditions:
• All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for exchange.
• The items must be unworn or unaltered.
• The items must be with the original packaging attached and proof of date of purchase.
• Each order is eligible to exchange for once only.
GaZ offers exchanges or return for broken items due to delivery, however we do not guarantee the stock availability, you may WhatsApp GaZ online customer services at (+852) 6038 0706 directly for inquiring the availability.
Please kindly note that unless as stated above, all other items sold are not eligible for refund nor exchange. GaZ reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our exchange and refund policy.
Exchange Procedures
1. For exchange or return request, please whatsapp GaZ online customer services at (+852) 6038 0706 directly.
2. Send your exchanged product(s) back to us at your cost and provide the shipping number;
3. GaZ will perform a standard product inspection;
4. Exchange would be issued if the product(s) is fully complied with the terms and conditions.
